About the role
Customer-facing AI engineering on Idein’s Actcast edge-AI platform: guide customers from POC to operational maturity, deploying ML models on edge devices in the real world.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through deployment phases (POC → operational maturity)
- Define technical specifications through customer engagement
- Integrate APIs with existing infrastructure
- Establish monitoring and incident response
- Support ML model deployment on edge devices
- Coordinate with product and sales teams
Qualifications
- Practical CNN-based deep-learning experience
- 3+ years of software development (Linux, cloud platforms, API development)
- Requirements definition / customer-facing technical discussions
Nice to have
- Edge computing (Raspberry Pi, Jetson); resource-constrained environments
- Sensor integration; signal processing with deep learning
- Communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Tech stack
Actcast (edge-AI platform), deep-learning frameworks, Linux, CNN models, APIs.
