Salary (published): ¥10,008,000–¥20,004,000 / year (base ¥834,000–¥1,667,000 / month incl. fixed allowances). Languages: Conversational Japanese preferred; business English. Visa sponsorship available.

About the role

Lead a large engineering organization (~25–30 engineers) in Money Forward X, the company’s new-business and platform arm — organizational strategy, team development, and technical vision for the product area.

• Proven experience managing 20+ person organizations
• Technical depth
• Organizational leadership
• Conversational Japanese preferred
