About the role
Lead customer generative-AI projects at Retrieva from POC through production — RAG, prompt design, LLM fine-tuning, and the MLOps pipelines behind them.
Responsibilities
- Lead LLM-driven customer generative-AI projects from POC through deployment
- RAG implementation; prompt design
- Embedding optimization; LLM fine-tuning
- MLOps pipeline development
- Contribute to open-source projects
Qualifications
- Python (3+ years)
- Generative-AI / ML project implementation (3+ successful POCs)
- Team development experience (3+ members)
Nice to have
- PyTorch; Transformers framework
- Embedding and LLM optimization
- Enterprise-scale AI project leadership
- Open-source contributions
Tech stack
