About the role

Founding engineer for TechTouch’s new AI-agent business — a 0→1 unit reporting directly to the CEO, building enterprise AI agents from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using LangChain / Dify
• LLM prompt engineering and accuracy refinement
• Develop API integrations with business systems
• Build POC/MVP prototypes rapidly
• Implement enterprise requirements (security, audit logging)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web application development
• Python, TypeScript/JavaScript
• REST / GraphQL API design and development
• Strong interest in LLM application development

Nice to have

• Appetite for 0→1 startup phases
• Enterprise-automation-platform experience

Tech stack
