About the role
Manage TechTouch’s infrastructure through the backend in an integrated way — security, reliability, and cost optimization for the digital-adoption platform, including building multi-AI-model platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support product reliability and security; manage infrastructure and backend applications in an integrated way
- Pursue security, reliability, and cost optimization
- Establish secure DevOps environments; implement observability
- Build low-cost, high-availability infrastructure
- Enhance authentication/authorization; construct multi-AI-model platforms
- Cloud security posture management
Qualifications
- Substantial programming experience (web apps or numerical computing)
- Cloud-infrastructure development and operations
- Web fundamentals: HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, networking, redundancy/distribution, security
Nice to have
- Performance tuning; cloud-infrastructure design
- FinOps; containers / microservices
- B2B SaaS; database design
- Security testing (pentest, SOC)
