Salary (published): expected ¥12,000,000–¥15,000,000 / year (¥1,000,000–¥1,250,000 / month incl. fixed overtime).

About the role

Own the foundational infrastructure of TUNAG, Stamen’s employee-engagement SaaS — scalability, stability, monitoring, and the DevOps culture around them.

Responsibilities

• Design and build TUNAG’s foundational infrastructure
• Enhance scalability and stability; performance tuning and load management
• Develop the mid/long-term infrastructure architecture
• Build monitoring systems for rapid incident response
• Promote DevOps culture; external outputs (tech blogs, talks)

Qualifications

• Web application design, operations, or maintenance experience
• Container environments (ECS, Kubernetes)
• AWS or Google Cloud
• SRE knowledge

Nice to have

• Ruby on Rails development
• CI/CD optimization
• Technical enablement for product teams
• Technology-strategy proposals
