About the role
Own the foundational infrastructure of TUNAG, Stamen’s employee-engagement SaaS — scalability, stability, monitoring, and the DevOps culture around them.
Responsibilities
- Design and build TUNAG’s foundational infrastructure
- Enhance scalability and stability; performance tuning and load management
- Develop the mid/long-term infrastructure architecture
- Build monitoring systems for rapid incident response
- Promote DevOps culture; external outputs (tech blogs, talks)
Qualifications
- Web application design, operations, or maintenance experience
- Container environments (ECS, Kubernetes)
- AWS or Google Cloud
- SRE knowledge
Nice to have
- Ruby on Rails development
- CI/CD optimization
- Technical enablement for product teams
- Technology-strategy proposals
